The 8th edition of “Science on Holiday” is back and will take place between March 30 and April 2, 2026, promising yet another inspiring experience for secondary school students!

Organised by the Department of Mineral and Energy Resources Engineering (DER), this free programme invites participants to dive into the world of Mineral and Energy Resources Engineering through hands-on activities, challenges and discoveries, held at the Alameda campus of Instituto Superior Técnico.

Science, technology and sustainability come together in a week where curiosity is the starting point and learning happens through practice.
